What can I expect from a Theta Session?
Theta sessions are guided, meditative experiences that support deep relaxation, release of limiting patterns, and connection with your own inner guidance. We will begin by discussing your intentions so the session can be tailored to you.
What are Akashic Readings?
Akashic readings are intuitive sessions where we tune into the energetic “record” of your soul to receive insight, clarity, and gentle guidance. These can be done in person or online.
Do you offer private yoga or breathwork?

Online Lessons
How do online lessons work?
Online lessons are held via video (such as Zoom). Once you schedule, you'll receive a confirmation email with your meeting link, any preparation tips, and materials if needed.
What do I need for an online session?
You'll need a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and a device with video and audio. For movement or breathwork, we recommend a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and water nearby.
